Coach Steve De Silva

Steve was raised in Toronto, Canada, which was where he picked up his first tennis racket and fell in love with the sport.  He won many tournaments and ended up being ranked top 10 in Canada as a junior. From there he went on to play DivisionI tennis at the University of Idaho and earned a bachelors degree in sports science and a masters degree in sports medicine.

After college, Steve continued with his tennis career by coaching at Advantage Tennis Academy, in Southern California. This allowed him to work with many top tennis professionals and aspiring future stars.  From there he went on to become an assistant director for Cliff Drysdale Management at Brickell Tennis Club, Miami Florida. Steve is USPTA certified and has over 10+years of coaching experience.
